Shipping policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At Taif Al Emarat, we are committed to delivering international orders securely, efficiently, and transparently.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the Taif Al Emarat International Online Store and should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Taif Al Emarat operates and fulfils international online orders from the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in a customer’s country and cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

1. Countries We Deliver To

Taif Al Emarat provides international shipping to supported destinations.

We do not describe our service as unrestricted “worldwide shipping,” because delivery availability may depend on:

·         carrier coverage;

·         perfume transportation restrictions;

·         customs requirements;

·         local import laws;

·         trade restrictions;

·         payment availability; and

·         operational conditions.

The countries available during checkout represent the destinations currently supported by the International Store.

2. Currently Unsupported Destinations

We are currently unable to deliver to:

·         Turkey

·         Spain

·         Ukraine

·         Russia

·         Belarus

·         Yemen

·         Kyrgyzstan

·         Syria

·         Israel

·         Palestine (Jerusalem)

·         Mexico

·         Venezuela

·         Brazil

·         Thailand

·         Malaysia

This list may change where carrier, customs, legal, regulatory, or operational conditions change.

A destination that is unavailable must also be disabled at checkout.

3. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation using the information provided at checkout.

Orders remain subject to:

·         successful payment or payment authorization;

·         product availability;

·         destination eligibility;

·         carrier acceptance;

·         complete customer details;

·         applicable customs/import requirements;

·         reasonable security and fraud checks; and

·         applicable law.

Once the shipment has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

4. International Delivery Time

International orders are typically delivered within approximately 7 working days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is clearly displayed for the destination or order.

The 7-working-day timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by:

·         customs clearance;

·         destination-country procedures;

·         courier schedules;

·         public holidays;

·         weather;

·         security or regulatory inspections;

·         transportation disruption;

·         exceptional order volumes;

·         import documentation; or

·         circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with the customer, that agreed commitment will apply subject to applicable law.

5. Working Days

Taif Al Emarat does not define every calendar day as a working day.

Working days may vary depending on:

·         UAE fulfilment operations;

·         the international courier;

·         customs authorities;

·         destination-country business days; and

·         public holidays.

Some couriers may deliver during weekends without those days automatically being treated as contractual working days.

6. Shipping Charges

International shipping charges vary depending on factors including:

·         destination;

·         shipment weight;

·         package dimensions;

·         carrier;

·         service level; and

·         other shipping requirements.

The shipping charge applicable to an order will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

Taif Al Emarat will not add an undisclosed delivery or logistics charge after checkout except where:

·         the customer requests an additional service;

·         customer-caused redelivery is required;

·         an independent customs or governmental charge arises; or

·         another charge has been clearly disclosed and lawfully agreed.

7. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

·         customs duties;

·         import VAT;

·         sales or consumption taxes;

·         customs-processing fees;

·         brokerage fees; or

·         other destination-country charges.

Duties Unpaid Orders

Where checkout does not expressly state that duties and import taxes are included, applicable destination-country duties and import charges may be collected separately from the recipient.

Duties Paid Orders

Where checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the customer will not be asked by Taif Al Emarat to pay the same included charge again.

The applicable treatment must be disclosed before purchase.

8. Customs Clearance

Customers may be required by a courier or customs authority to provide information reasonably necessary to complete import clearance.

This may include:

·         recipient identification;

·         telephone number;

·         tax/import identification where legally required;

·         proof of purchase;

·         shipment information; or

·         other legally required documentation.

Customers should respond promptly to legitimate customs or courier requests.

9. Import Eligibility

Products that may be legally sold and exported from the UAE may still be subject to import restrictions in another country.

Taif Al Emarat will take reasonable steps to configure supported shipping destinations appropriately.

Where a shipment cannot be delivered because importation is legally prohibited or carrier acceptance is unavailable, the matter will be handled according to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking may be provided through:

·         email;

·         SMS;

·         WhatsApp; or

·         the carrier’s tracking system.

International shipments may pass between multiple delivery partners, which can result in tracking updates appearing at different stages.

11. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address including, where applicable:

·         full name;

·         country;

·         city;

·         state, province, or region;

·         postal/ZIP code;

·         street;

·         building or villa;

·         apartment/unit;

·         mobile number; and

·         any additional information necessary for delivery.

Taif Al Emarat will not be responsible for a delay caused solely by materially incorrect information supplied by the customer.

12. PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders

International delivery is not available to PO Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses unless expressly offered for the applicable destination.

13. Delivery Preferences

Where offered by the courier, the customer may select an available delivery preference.

In-Person Delivery

The shipment is delivered to the customer or another authorized recipient.

Leave at the Door / Contactless Delivery

Where the customer expressly selects or authorizes this option, the courier may leave the package at the agreed location.

Once the order has been correctly delivered to the location expressly authorized by the customer and reasonable proof of delivery has been recorded, responsibility for loss occurring afterward may pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not exclude responsibility for:

·         delivery to the wrong address;

·         failure to follow agreed instructions;

·         fraud;

·         gross negligence; or

·         liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Proof of Delivery

Depending on the courier, proof of delivery may include:

·         recipient signature;

·         delivery photograph;

·         electronic scan;

·         OTP;

·         GPS/location confirmation; or

·         another reasonable delivery record.

Customers should not provide an OTP before the applicable delivery procedure requires it.

15. Failed Delivery & Redelivery

Where delivery fails because the customer:

·         cannot be contacted;

·         is unavailable;

·         provided an incorrect address;

·         failed to provide legally required customs information; or

·         otherwise prevented delivery,

the courier may attempt redelivery where available.

Any additional redelivery, storage, customs, or return-to-sender charges will only be passed to the customer where legally permitted.

No such cost will be charged where the failure results from Taif Al Emarat’s or its courier’s error.

16. Refused & Unclaimed Shipments

Where a customer refuses or does not collect an international shipment, Taif Al Emarat will determine the appropriate refund after the shipment has been returned or its status can otherwise be confirmed.

Legally recoverable:

·         return-shipping charges;

·         customs costs;

·         storage costs; or

·         similar costs

may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

17. Delayed Delivery

Where a shipment becomes materially delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

Where applicable consumer law gives the customer a right to:

·         set an additional delivery period;

·         cancel the contract;

·         obtain a refund; or

·         exercise another remedy,

that mandatory right will be respected.

EU/EEA Customers

Where applicable EU consumer law applies and no alternative delivery date has been agreed, mandatory statutory delivery rights remain applicable.

UK Customers

Where UK distance-selling requirements apply, mandatory delivery rights remain applicable, including the statutory rules governing delivery where another timeframe has not been agreed.

18. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Customers should inspect their order after delivery where reasonably possible.

Contact Customer Support if the shipment:

·         is damaged;

·         is leaking;

·         contains the wrong product;

·         contains the wrong quantity;

·         is incomplete;

·         is defective; or

·         materially differs from what was purchased.

We may request reasonable supporting evidence, such as:

·         order number;

·         photographs;

·         packaging photographs;

·         shipping label; and

·         description of the problem.

The appropriate remedy will be provided according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.

19. Product Availability

All orders remain subject to availability.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, the customer will be informed and any payment due for reimbursement will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

We will not replace an unavailable product with a materially different product without appropriate customer agreement.

21. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply under:

·         UAE law governing Taif Al Emarat’s UAE-based operations;

·         applicable EU/EEA consumer legislation;

·         applicable UK consumer legislation; or

·         other mandatory destination-country legislation that cannot legally be excluded.

Where such a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule will apply.
