These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Taif Al Emarat International Online Store.
They should be read together with our:
· Shipping & Delivery Policy;
· Return & Refund Policy; and
· Privacy Policy.
Taif Al Emarat operates the International Store from the United Arab Emirates.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Supported Countries
Products are sold only into destinations enabled by Taif Al Emarat.
Not every product or delivery service is available in every country.
3. Product Information
We take reasonable steps to ensure that:
· description;
· size;
· images;
· pricing;
· availability;
· promotional information; and
· material product information
are accurate.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to a defective, counterfeit, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed product.
4. Pricing
The customer will be shown the applicable:
· product price;
· discounts;
· shipping cost;
· tax where calculated;
· duties where included; and
· total payable
before completing the order.
No optional extra charge will be added through a pre-selected option where applicable law requires express customer agreement.
5. Currency
Prices may be displayed in AED or another supported currency.
Where a customer’s payment provider converts currency, that provider may independently apply its own rate or fee.
6. Customs & Taxes
International tax and customs treatment depends on the destination.
Checkout will state whether duties/taxes are included where the applicable service supports such calculation.
Where they are not included, the recipient may be required to pay them separately.
7. Orders
Customers will have the opportunity to review and correct material order information before final submission.
An electronic confirmation will be sent after the order is submitted.
8. Cancellation by Taif Al Emarat
Taif Al Emarat may cancel an order only where reasonably justified, including:
· unavailable stock;
· unsuccessful payment;
· fraud;
· incorrect material information;
· unsupported destination;
· carrier refusal;
· legal/import restrictions;
· genuine obvious technical/pricing error; or
· unlawful fulfilment.
Where payment has been collected and a refund is due, it will be returned according to applicable law.
9. Delivery
International orders are generally dispatched from our UAE fulfilment center.
The typical delivery estimate is approximately 7 working days, subject to the destination and circumstances described in our Shipping Policy.
10. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on the applicable jurisdiction.
EU/EEA
Where EU/EEA consumer law applies, eligible consumers generally have 14 days following receipt of qualifying goods to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.
United Kingdom
Where UK distance-selling consumer law applies, eligible customers generally have 14 days after receiving qualifying goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, subject to applicable exceptions.
Other Countries
Where another country provides mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to the transaction, Taif Al Emarat will comply with those rights.
11. Defective Goods
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies concerning products that are:
· defective;
· damaged;
· unsafe;
· counterfeit;
· incorrectly supplied;
· incomplete; or
· legally non-conforming.
12. EU/EEA Legal Guarantee
Where applicable EU consumer legislation applies, statutory conformity and legal-guarantee rights available to consumers remain fully applicable.
These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
13. Return Costs
Responsibility for return costs is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where applicable EU/EEA law permits the consumer to bear change-of-mind return costs, this will be disclosed before purchase as required.
14. Perfume Returns
Taif Al Emarat does not apply a universal rule stating that every opened perfume is automatically non-returnable.
Ordinary change-of-mind eligibility may depend on:
· use;
· sealing;
· hygiene/product integrity;
· customer handling;
· destination law; and
· statutory exceptions.
Mandatory defect/non-conformity rights remain unaffected.
15. Promotions
Promotions must clearly state applicable:
· dates;
· destinations;
· products;
· exclusions;
· minimum spend;
· maximum benefit;
· stacking rules;
· free-gift rules; and
· stock limitations.
Promotional terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
16. Marketing
Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to promotional marketing.
Marketing preferences will be collected separately where required by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Personal Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, this includes compliance with:
· UAE PDPL;
· EU GDPR;
· UK GDPR; and
· mandatory local data-protection legislation.
18. Intellectual Property
Taif Al Emarat trademarks, Website content, imagery, designs, and other protected materials may not be commercially reproduced or exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.
19. Reviews
Reviews must not be:
· fraudulent;
· knowingly false;
· unlawful;
· impersonated; or
· submitted in violation of third-party rights.
Genuine reviews will not be manipulated in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.
20. Trade & Import Compliance
Orders remain subject to applicable:
· customs rules;
· export controls;
· import restrictions;
· trade restrictions; and
· carrier regulations.
21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes:
· liability that cannot legally be excluded;
· fraud;
· mandatory consumer remedies;
· statutory product rights; or
· other legally non-excludable liability.
Any lawful limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by the law applicable to the transaction.
22. Governing Law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
However, a consumer is not deprived of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence where those protections apply and cannot legally be excluded through contractual choice of law.
23. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights, disputes may be submitted to the competent UAE courts.
Where applicable consumer law gives a customer the mandatory right to bring proceedings or seek redress in another competent jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove that right.
24. Complaints
Customers may first contact:
WhatsApp – Arabic: +971 50 816 0655
WhatsApp – English: +971 52 882 0010
Nothing prevents a customer from using a competent statutory consumer-protection, regulatory, or judicial complaint mechanism.
25. Severability
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced in a particular jurisdiction, it will be limited only to the extent necessary.
The remaining Terms will continue to apply.
26. Changes
Updated Terms will be published with a revised date.
Changes will not be retrospectively applied where doing so would unlawfully reduce rights relating to an existing transaction.
27. Mandatory Rights Prevail
Where a mandatory consumer law applicable to a transaction provides greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
